Plan details
Your pilot period begins once onboarding is complete and your office has access. The standard $1,000 setup fee is waived for pilot offices. There is no annual contract.
Tomes Daily Summaries is in the pilot stage. Some summaries, flags, and workflows may still need refinement during the pilot, especially as we learn how your office documents information and uses your PMS. We'll work closely with your team to improve what gets surfaced and make the summaries more useful for your day-to-day workflow.
Tomes works from available chart and practice data, so the quality of summaries depends on what information can be accessed and what has been documented. Daily Summaries are designed to support your team's review and do not replace human judgement, clinical review, or final decision-making.
During month 3 of the pilot, we'll ask whether you'd like to continue with Tomes Daily Summaries or Tomes Complete. If no plan change is selected before the pilot ends, your subscription will continue on Tomes Daily Summaries at $499/month.
